Return & Cancel Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel orders.
- If you must cancel your order, a $20 round-trip shipping fee will be deducted.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of receipt if it develops a fault due to its own quality issues. We cover all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
- Please ensure the returned product, including all accessories and packaging, is in original condition.
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is accepted, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- To track the return shipment, use the waybill number provided in the shipping label included with your order.
- If you receive a defective or misrepresented product, please contact our global customer service team promptly.
- We will arrange the return and provide a full refund for defective items.
Non-Returnable Items include but are not limited to:
- Damages caused by misuse, such as drops, significant impacts, water ingress, etc.
- In such cases, repairs are available at your own expense; returns or exchanges are not possible.
